Our owner and his mates met us in Ningbo, China to have their first onboard inspection of the first ever Cordova 63. The owner had a strong influence in designing the layout and porthole window selection.
This boat immediately screams open and airy when you walk onto her. Just one step from the cockpit through to the lower helm and the outdoors connects seamlessly to the saloon and galley.
The coach-house windows are large and the rear saloon door has a hopper window that opens to the cockpit as well.
The master ensuite is the jewel in the crown here, with a true full beam master stateroom and 2-metre wide opening portholes for amazing visibility and natural light. We have cleverly found room behind the island bed for a full ensuite stand up shower, double vanities and toilet facility making the owners cabin, a retreat you would find on a much larger Motor Yacht.
The aft section of the saloon has a huge sofa and lounge area on both sides for relaxing while the square U-shaped galley above has a double door Miele fridge located on the starboard side. This boat will be brimming with new features including Volvo joystick and position hold docking with hydraulic thrusters, D11 725 HP diesel power x 2, chilled water, air conditioning, hydraulic platform, Quick Gyro stabilisation at rest and underway along with full C-Zone electrical controlling for the systems onboard.
